JOE HUTTON
Joe is a happily married family man from Falling Waters with 3 children and 10 grandchildren. Joe was an Eagle Scout. Joe served in the U.S. Marine Corps with the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Marine Divisions Field Artillery as a cannoneer and Section Chief. He was endcated at Shepherd College and James Rumsey Technical Institute. He participated in Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. He is a Life Member of Post 38 and the VFW Post 896. He is a member of American Legion Post 14. He is a member of the Marine Corps League, Eastern Panhandle Detachment. He is currently retired from Heavy Construction. Joe previously served as Commander for two terms.

Don is a highly educated and motivated Officer. He is a creative and versatile professional committed to higher levels of professionalism. His education includes: Community College of Baltimore, Hagerstown Community College, Frederick Community College, Community College Lackland AFB TX, Diesel Institute of America, Propulsion Engineering School , Great Lakes ,IL, Easton Archery University. He served in the U.S. Navy and 167th Air National Guard. His hobbies include: Archery Traditional/ Modern, Firearms, Hiking , Camping.

TOM MILLER
Tom is a Berkeley County native and grew up in the Bedington area. He graduated from Martinsburg High School and from Shepherd College, now University, with a degree in Business Administration. Upon graduating from college, he started his career in the insurance business. He is now President of Martinsburg’s Smallwood and Small Insurance representing over 20 Insurance Companies and serving over 11,000 clients. He began his military career in 1971 with the 167th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron as an Aeromedical Technician taking care of injured soldiers while transporting them on aircraft. He is a Desert Storm veteran that served in the AOR and has 23 years military service. He has over 2100 hours of flying time in 5 different aircrafts, mainly C-130’s. He received a commission as an Officer and retired as a Major. He is a Life member at AmVets Post 38.

Dave is a U.S. Army veteran having served as a paratrooper. He currently works in construction and lives in Hagerstown, MD. He has been a member of AmVets Post 38 for 5 years and is currently a Life member.

Terry was born and raised in and around the Washington and Berkley County areas. He graduated Westminster Senior High School Class of 1979. He attended Westminster VoTech from 1977 to 1979 and studied television radio repair and electronics. After attending boot camp and AIT, Terry served in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Reserves for six years from 1980 to 1986 and achieved the rank of E-4 Specialist. He specialized as a power generation technician and radio technician communications. Terry worked as an ASE certified heavy line mechanic for 35 years. He has been a Life member of Post 38 for the past nine years.
